To keep our community safe, consistent, and running smoothly, please review the following Terms & Conditions for all memberships, play passes, and general use of our space.

 

By purchasing a play pass, membership, class, or party — or by visiting WeeHive Social — you agree to the terms below.

1. PLAY PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

(3-Pack, 5-Pack, 10-Pack)

  • Play passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Play passes are non-refundable & non-transferable.

  • Each play pass covers one child’s admission for one open play session.

  • Unused visits cannot be refunded, replaced, or extended past their expiration date.

  • Play passes may be used for open play only and do not apply to classes, events, or parties unless specified.

  • Advance reservations may be required during busy periods; admission is not guaranteed without a reservation.

  • WeeHive may limit capacity at any time to ensure a safe, high-quality play experience.

  • Caregivers agree to supervise their child(ren) at all times and follow all posted safety guidelines.

2. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Memberships automatically renew every month on the original purchase date.

  • Sales are applicable only to the first month of the membership.

  • Memberships may be canceled anytime with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Memberships allow unlimited open play for the enrolled child(ren).

  • Events, classes, and birthday parties are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • Sibling memberships apply only to children living in the same household.

  • Memberships cannot be paused except for documented medical reasons or extended travel (approved at WeeHive’s discretion).

  • Advance reservations may be required; admission is not guaranteed without one.

  • WeeHive may update membership pricing with 30 days’ notice.

  • All members must follow WeeHive’s safety, supervision, and cleanliness policies.

3. 3-MONTH MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 3-month memberships are valid for 90 consecutive days from the date of purchase.

  • Memberships are paid upfront, non-refundable, and cannot be transferred or paused (except for documented medical needs at WeeHive’s discretion).

  • Memberships include unlimited open play for the enrolled child(ren) during the membership period.

  • Sibling pricing applies only to children from the same household.

  • Reservations may be required for open play during peak hours.

  • Events, classes, and parties are not included unless noted.

  • All caregivers and children must follow WeeHive’s safety and supervision policies.

4. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Annual memberships are valid for 365 days from the purchase date.

  • Memberships are paid upfront, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Annual memberships may not be paused or extended except for documented medical reasons approved at WeeHive’s discretion.

  • Memberships include unlimited open play for the enrolled child(ren).

  • Sibling pricing applies only to children residing in the same household.

  • Annual members may receive special perks or early access to select offerings; these benefits may change throughout the year.

  • Reservations may be required for open play during busy times.

  • WeeHive may update membership terms or pricing; current annual members will retain their rate for the duration of their active membership.

  • All members must follow WeeHive’s safety and cleanliness policies.

5. GENERAL FACILITY POLICIES

To help keep WeeHive welcoming, safe, and enjoyable for everyone:

  • All children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver 18+ years old at all times.

  • No sick children or caregivers, please - help us keep the community healthy!

  • Food and drinks must stay in designated eating areas.

  • Please use equipment as intended and respect our carefully curated space.

  • WeeHive may ask any guest to leave who is engaging in unsafe behavior or disregarding staff instructions.

  • Families are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment or failure to supervise their children.

  • WeeHive is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Photos may be taken for marketing purposes; please let staff know if you prefer not to be included.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

7. POLICY UPDATES

WeeHive Social reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and membership-related updates will be communicated via email with appropriate notice.
