Motherhood is beautiful, meaningful—and often overwhelming. This supportive workshop gives moms a space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and learn simple tools that can make daily life feel a little easier.
Pelvic floor physical therapist Dana Posavec of Restore Physical Therapy and Pelvic health , and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant Courtney Windju of Nourish Lactaction and Wellness will share tips on babywearing ergonomics that support both your body and your baby, along with gentle breathing strategies, pelvic floor stretches, and nervous system down-training to help relieve pelvic floor tension and support dyad/triad coregulation. We acknowledge that stress and anxiety can build up from the fullness of parenthood, which has an impact on mind, body and nervous system.
